Windows Live Movie Maker
Windows Live Movie Maker is a video editing program. For this project I chose to use Windows Live Movie Maker as my video editing software. The video that I decided to use of the Bellagio Water Show I shot myself. I went to Las Vegas this year and I absolutely enjoyed the watching the water show and wanted to share it with others. The first thing that I added to the video was a title screen with my information for the project. Occasionally, through the video, I added title screens in order to break the video up in segments. The introduction before each segment allowed me to narrate the video and let the audience know what was coming up next and what to pay attention to. Captions were added at the end instead of a title page so the audience could see what to anticipate next. In front of each title screen animations, such as white fade out and diagonals, were added to ease the transitions. The title screen included cinematic visual effects and the end of the video included 3D ripple visual effects. Lastly, credits were added to the end to acknowledge the contributions of the video and the music.
